A couple weeks ago I stole this plant from the library. :D
Only thing is apart from it being a succulent, I have no idea what it is or how to care for it. Do you know what it's called???
(I'm talking of the plant in the middle, the pale green blobs on pale green stems.)
(To the left is my tomato plant!!! It grew from a seed that had already germed inside a tomato I ate around Christmastime...)

It is weird. The rest of the plants in the pot looked exactly the same, no taller. GC told me it's just because they weren't getting properly cared for, but I'm wondering if that isn't just what they look like... After a bit of research I found that it looks like plants of the "Sedum" genus of the Crassulaceae family, but haven't found any pics of plants that look like the ones I have...
Yep. I'd agree on the hens and chicks. Looks like a little offshoot may have started itself. The legginess may be from poor lighting in the library? Have to wait and see. :)

That's ^^^ the one to know.
It's hard to say with it still being so small, but back in the 70's and 80's in the area I lived at the time, there was popular houseplant that we had .... I think we called them "String of pearls" ... which had lon vines of small green pods that hung down from the planter. This looks like it could be something similar ... but since I haven't had even a silk plant (let alone a living one) in my home for over 20 years, I'm not sure that I'm likely to be much help beyond that! :D

I saw pics of those^^^ fzzy, only they were called Donkeys' or Burros' Tails. I did almost suspect my plants of being those, but they need to grow some before they become "tails" or "strings"!

A form of Lithops, maybe?

I've got it!
It's a "stolen" plant - thieverus larcenyous
Seriously, I may show this to the LilyLady tonight...she can identify nearly anything that grows, due to OCD...to me, right now it looks like something may not have developed enough to identify...
She's also an expert at "lifting" little pieces of plants from the garden shop to root at home...

Why not pop back to the library and ask? If you weren't caught pinching the cutting, just say you like the plant and want to buy one.
Been flipping through some publications. Tough call when they are so little. Leaning more towards Burro's or pearls. Hen's and chicks have more of a rosette to them. Then again...still early. :)
Scotzoid...Does LilyLady know?

I somehow think they don't even know themselves. The library has 7 floors, and it's different people working there every month...

Can't you take it to a greenhouse or something?

In the spring when it's warmer, if I haven't figured it out by then... Right now I'm surprised it even survived from school to home in my backpack, it's sooooooo cold out there!

Could work too... If I kill it before I learn what to do for it, I'll just steal more though. :o
(So far it's still alive! :D)

It could be many things.
An immature Red-Green Daisy perhaps?
No, more likely one of the delicate white pantsies.

Kinda skeered to ask her anything right now...bringing up the weather is apt to start an argument I know I won't win :(
