Today we lost one of the TRUE great mean of our era. Sir Edmund Hillary (http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aQdpjcc3T6ZY&refer=home) not only made footprints that are still and will always be most difficult to follow in, but remembered and acknowledged the man and the people that made it possible for him to do it.

We have lost an unique person with vanishing character. I am hard pressed to point to a man as distinctive.
