We make furniture like that for sales samples. Maybe just a tad bigger...but very detailed. Has to be small so the sales person doesn't have to tote all the big stuff. Customers want to see all the detail. Oh...and we've made detailed stuff that size to be burned. Testing the fabric/leather and any "fire backing or sprayed shield" is a big part of prototyping.

I want to fix that front right leg on that chaise!
