I own several of differing sizes and quality.
I used to do a LOT of hiking and I am into checking out nature without infringing.
I also like to take them to concerts with me...even if I have good seats. A lot of times the performers send things into the audience (ie: drum sticks, large beach balls...etc. or sometimes even themselves) and I like to follow the show out of range. Plus...they're great for people watching. That's a source of entertainment I never tire of!

I too use mine for concerts. We often go to a theme parkk which offers outdoor concerts and so sometimes I am sitting in Bumfuck Egypt.

We don't own a pair, sometimes I wish we did. I used a pair at the ballgame on Wednesday and a monocular... very interesting.
I have a curious mind...

I take mine with me to college football games but I hardly ever end up using them.

I have a lot of wonderful tools & toys for my perving, but binoculars are not among them. Like Lixy, I own a number of sets and have many other uses for them.
Nature watching of any type gets a big help with a pair of binoculars, and when combined with your camera, helps you prep your shot before moving up to the point of effecting the subject. Especially good for close watching of wild hymenoptera colonies. ;) When used in the woods with a simple kids toy similar to this (http://www.firstlineindustries.com/WN077.html), I can find find things I wouldn't have known were there.
Star gazing (sky watching actually) is a natural for larger events like comets or eclipses. Very handy for sharing observation and sparking others interest when tripod mounted.
A more practical use I get better at each years is the avoidance of ladders. Simple roof and gutter inspection with binoculars can eliminate a lot of climbing around or at least minimize it to only the necessary climbs. Tracing multiple generations of wiring and piping on old factory ceilings is one of my favorite pastimes. :hair:

Yes, but I don't actually use them for erotic purposes. I ahve other toys to do that with. Basically, I use my binocs for boring old wildlife spotting.

Me, too!
My productivity at work might decrease as I scanned the thousands of windows. :corn:

One of my favourite movies!
My window faces the CN Tower and a highway but when I've wandered, I've seen offices near the condos. You see glimpses of people with your naked eye but with a bird's eye view :swoon:

Truth be told, when I do use my binoculars at a college football game, it usually isn't to look at action on the field. ;)

Usually, binocs are used at our house for the usual pedestrian purposes, but there was this one time some years back...I worked nights, up during the day, & the teen neighbor & her friend were out sunbathing...but the only thing handy was the wife's Pentax with the long lens...

I live in the woods, and I can't see any neighbors.
So I use my binoculars to watch Mrs. WI in the back yard. :D
