THE best money I spent in college was a massage theropy class. Great elective! We learned many techniques, including how to help females with various biological maladies. We were taught how to perform lower back massages that would help with cramps. My favorite were the breast massages to counter tenderness.

And yes Lilith, we were told to stay far away from the nips!

Definitely do not touch. Last time I had really bad breast tenderness was when I first fell pregnant. A week of mild pain for a period is OK, but three months of your breasts feeling like they're on fire is not good!

Nearing the beginning of my cycle, if I am retaining water, my breasts are so tender I don't want anyone to look at them let alone touch them! If I have my water retention under control they don't hurt as much but my nips get hard at the slightest sensation. Mr. Lixy thinks I'm ALWAYS glad to see him and he'll reach for a touch. I tell him (gently) that they aren't hard fore anything he's done.
