OK, I am now in a fix.
I just returned from a brief vacation, a "solo" roadtrip in my new car.
This was just "me by myself time", and I went to several places in here in Texas that I wanted to visit, play tourist, and visit people I know, meet some new ones, swim at Lake Travis. (yes the weather sucks, they closed the lake, and I am home now)
OK, to shorten this, I met a really special woman in Austin who has her own filmaking company. (videos, actually, but everyone called it movie making *shrug*)
During a little 4:30 Am pillowtalk, she asked me to appear very briefly in her current project.
Partially bare. Topless, and a with a long view of my bare backside.
There will be others in the scene, also at least partially naked, and yes there is touching, and some "suggested sex"
This is NOT a porn thing, but an "experimental" video, with real, paid actors, (including me) and crew. She appears real and reputable, and already has an intimate relationship with me, so she isn't doing some absurd "want to be in a movie?" seduction thing.
She says I can use a "stage name" and she admitted my face might not even show in the finished project.
I was feeling very... well, "special" (i.e. very sexy, satisfied, and warm, my favorite combination) at the moment, and I agreed.

Sweeties, I ALWAYS keep my word... but I am scared to death. I have done some *ahem* "home movies" that I kept for myself, no copies. But this is (maybe) going to be actually released, -probably a straight to video thing, but still...
I have been naked in front of people more times than I could possibly recount, at certain parties, at the beach and the lake, and have certainly had pictures of my boobs and bare behind taken during Carnival many times, hundreds probably, thousands possibly.
But almost all that was anonymous! (sometimes the parties are anonymous, sometimes not, but no pictures are allowed anyway) I was just another sunbather around others, or just another flasher on a blacony during Mardi Gras.
This is so different, and I am feeling scared, and frankly a little naseated.
And yes, kind of turned on and sexy, and proud that as I get further past 30 my body is still considered something worth filming.

My question is this, do I do it?

I have an almost sinful pride in always keeping my agreements, but I also know Kimmie will let me out of this if I realy want out.

It would be easier if I wasn't so conflicted about it. I have until July 27th to decide. (and try to tone up a little I think.)

I WOULD however, try to find out as much about her and her production company etc etc as possible....ask to watch her other films, and see the script and story boarding etc for the project before you embark on it - just to make sure it's for real etc. Oh and she may be your friend, but if there is no contract, this is NOT above board, even if you've agreed not to be paid.

Oh and finally, try to dig about and check that this is not going to risk your job/RN status etc etc if it ever does come out that this is you in the film.

I was aware my first post was getting really long, so I didn't include every detail.
First. She is a "new friend", of just over a week's time. (We met in a women's bar in Austin.) I am not foolish, so I did a little reasearch, online and with Austin friends, including one who appeared in a previous movie.
She appears legitimate, I have seen her facilities, as limited as they are, in a small office park, and she gave me a contract to read, (I am faxing it to my NO lawyer for her to read and opine over) and sign.
I won't see the script until later, it is still being changed, but I do get to see it prior to signing.
We spent one day lazing around her place, snuggling and watching movies, including one of hers. It was very good, and not a porno. It was in black and white, had quite a bit of nudity and "strong sexual situations", but it seemed to go with the story, "advancing the story" as they say. It was a very strange story about a mentally ill lesbian undergoing treatment, and the changes her meds caused, good and bad. (I was assured it was NOT autobiographical)
She entered it in several competitions, but I don't know which ones. It was too short to be a regular movie, less than an hour.

I might suggest that you make keeping your face out of the shot part of the contract, & go for it, with the stage name as well...if you can maintain your anonymity (& maybe your job as well), & still get the ego stroke that comes from knowing people are seeing your bod, why the hell not go for it?

I would be careful doing this. A lot of Porn production companies will have a more legitimate production company as a cover. It is also works as a good way to find people to work in their porn movies. They get a woman in for an audition then tell them they did very well but aren't right for the part but they do have something in another movie. I do realize you are smart enough not to be sucker into anything like this. Have your lawyer make sure the contract specifies the movie you will be working on and the production company it is for. That it not just a stanard release contract. I might also be a good idea to have them put in there that your face won't be showen (as has been suggested here by others). If this is legitimate she should have no problems with this. You might even offer to have your lawyer make these changes. It will save you from having to send it back to him to check again. If this all works out make sure when you do show up keep it stricty business. Don't slip off for a quicky with her or someone else there just show up and do what the part calls for.

P.S. WW I hope you don't take this as me thinking you are naive or dumb. From your post I can tell you are an intelligent woman. The thing is people who are out to take advantage of other people know what they are doing and have many way to do it. One thing that sort of sends up a flag for me is she brought this up during pillow talk (which implies to me it happened either presex or postsex) a time that would make me think she would be thinking how good you would be having sex on film not about an art type film she was doing.

Between two women, encounters tend to be very lengthy, often over several hours time, so there is quite a bit of pillow talk, cuddling, drinking and even snacking. I finally decided I wanted to look different, not just for fear of being recognized, but as part of the whole experience... I know, I am a strange little kitty...

I ended up a brunette with hair just past my shoulders, VERY red lips, darker (slightly) nipples and by the way, it was a really odd feeling having my nipples done, and my first time ever with makeup on my rear end!
It was one of the most fun (and slightly surreal) days and nights I have ever had!
