So I figured I would start a thread of what does everyone drive.
My hs car = 1989 Camero rs coupe (dad's)
my college car = 1995 blazer 4d 4x4
Most expensive car driven = 1995 Mercedes S600 with rentec
Most expensive vehicle Driven = Cessna Skyhawk SP
I drive a blue 1997 Honda Accord
I'm pining away for a black Mini Cooper with pink racing stripes down the hood and a black and pink checkered roof.

Nothing! I use public transportation, and I encourage you to you use as well if it's available!!!!!
If public transportation was available at home I'd take it there too. But since it isn't, I share a Hyundai Elantra with my sister. (Thank you Dad! :D)

I usually walk or ride the bus, like PixieSprite.
But we do own two cars (a legacy from living in OH; we rarely drive) which wouldn't be worth what we'd get for them if we sold them:
- 1997 Volvo 960 with 190,000 miles
- 1999 VW Passat V6 5-speed with 90,000 miles

1997 Mitsubishi Diamante (with 253,600+ miles on it) and 1993 Mazda MX3 are the two cars I drive. My wife drives our 1993 Chrysler Concord and our youngest son uses our 1997 Oldsmobile Achieva. That's our cars. Our other kids have their own under their names.

When it comes to cars I guess I'm sort of an "economy first" kind of guy. I drive a car until I won't go any longer and then buy another one and pay it off up front. Never had a car payment in my life. I drive a 1999 Saturn that gets me about 38-41 mpg on the highway and has just over 46,000 miles on it. I wish my body ran as well as this car.

I've got a 1996 GMC Jimmy with 130,000 miles. Prior to that I had a 95 Jeep Cherokee. Since getting the 4wd vehicle, I won't drive anything in the winter w/o 4wd. If my new career starts off successfully, I'll invest in a "summer car" and leave the 4wd for winter use only.

2006 Honda CR-V here. I think there's a pic or two of it here somewhere!!
Herself has a '02 Land Rover Discovery TD4, bought primarily to tow our (then touring) caravan, and the (twin) horsebox. We also use it for off-roading and I get it for when I go shooting - the CR-V's p/t 4x4 is just TOO part-time for that kinda stuff!!
I'm thinking about changing mine to a Range Rover Sport TDV8 - diesel consumption & CO2 outputs are higher (although better than the Disco) plus it'll do what I originally hoped the CR-V would, but doesn't.
Depends on our new pay deal though, and the supply of £££'s!! :D

I'm not driving anything. I'm sitting in my house, typing at my cmoputer.
I do know some people who drive and type on their palm pilots/sidekicks/text on their cell phones. I'm not too happy with that practice.

I hate making car payments so I buy cheap and run them until they can't run no more.
A few years ago I got a 1990 Ford Tempo, said I would never own another one but she has been a good car. My daughter named her Pixie before I even came to Pixies. I've sunk some money into her but it's been general maint., she is 17 yrs old ya know. She might not look like much but she starts before some of the expensive cars do. :)

I drive a 2000 Hyundai Elantra wagon. Bought and paid for by myself. It was the first purchase that really made me feel like an adult... and when the title came in the mail, it got even worse! :)

97 Plymouth Voyager, fire engine red, no extra options, 150K+ miles...in true redneck tradition, the bluebook value varies according to how full the gas tank is...

How many are running? If more than 2 are up on cement blocks, with weeds growing around them, you may be eligble to move down South with us ;)

Spiffy little Tango Red Pearl 2006 Honda Civic sedan, paid for in full, thank goodness.
Silver grey 2000 Dodge Durango. All the dogs fit in, with the chihuahua riding shotgun. It's weathered that hailstorm last year, and has a few dents to show for it. Very mild. He's also had his back window busted out by a thug, recently, and he keeps on going. MINE...HAHAHAHAHAAAAA>>>ALL MINE!!!! :nana:
