YES..."The Prestige" was a very good movie. And I agree that the bargain matinees make going much more affordable...plus save money for lots of.............

:corn:

and isn't this the real reason for going to the movies? :D

I usually bring my own chips or can-o-nuts...tix are up the roof here, not to mention concession treats ain't exactly cheap...no matinee prices...so gotta save enough dinero for the drinks at the pub later on, you know!

I was wondering about this flick and I did like "The Illusionist," so...even though it hasn't been hitting hard over this way I think I'll go see it.

I took my boys (ages 17 and 14) to see this. The 17 year old thought it was the greatest movie he had seen in a while, the 14 year old and I hated it. Guess that tells you my mentality! lol

I've been hearing great things about this one over the last couple of weeks. Maybe I'll take in a matinee and see it too.

My 14 year old son saw this movie with three male friends and though they enjoyed it...they said that it took a lot of thinking to follow. lmao

I am not usually surprised but I have to admit a few pieces of the puzzle were not what I predicted.

Just got back from seeing it and I loved it. I think I'll have to see it again when it comes out on DVD because there was one part of the ending that I don't think jived with what they were saying happened.
