or are you an elephant in disguise?

Take this quiz (http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2006/special/issues/caucus/quiz.html) to see if you should dress right or left. :D

(based on the current US issues)

Amusing!

According to the Oracle of CNN, I am all the way to the Left on immigration, all the way to the Right on the economy, and rather centrist about the others. :)

To the left on all issues (3 way to the left, 2 mostly left).

All the way left on morals, all the way right on terrorism/Iraq and down the middle on the rest.

Mostly right. A little left on the economy.

Not terribly fond of the test. I thought many of the questions were expressed as being black and white issues. Choices are not as cut and dried as that.

I agree... I found myself wanting to answer a lot of questions "yes, but..."

Life is way too complex to conform to simple yes or no questions, & anyone that thinks that one side or the other has all the answers is a sheep ripe for fleecing.

BTW, my profile was mostly left as I suspected it would be, but sharply right on some issues where I was not satisfied with the choices (i.e., should the minimum wage be raised by $2/hr in one fell swoop?)

The test questions and answers are based on the current party platforms. Kinda sorta maybes are the way most of us live but I think it's good to sort out which, if you had to choose, do your personal beliefs align more with.
