Depends on where you are ... at Pixies all hours are treated equally. :) Me, I'm an early riser and I'm firm on that. :)

The owls know me best. While I truly enjoy the early start,:sun: I find the only thing more difficult than getting out of bed to be getting into it. :vamp:

Seems as though I'm an early to bed, early to rise kind of guy anymore. Supposedly that makes a guy healthy, wealthy and wise but unfortunately I've yet to reap those benefits.

I'd have to agree with PF on this one... I enjoy an early start, but find it hard to get to bed at night which makes getting out of it nearly impossible.

I think I've woken the neighbors this morning.... *sigh*. What time can I start banging on stuff on a Saturday morning?

I used to be a real night owl and stay up past midnight almost every night. Now I'm usually in bed before 11 pm and up by 7am. Even on the weekends!!

I WAS most definatly a Night owl. My last job, where 3 days a week or more, I had to be at work at 5am, broke me of that habit.

Now that I am also getting OLD-er, I find myself going to bed around 11:30 or 12, which used to be unheard of hours for me to be in bed.

Me too. What ticks me off though is that I could sleep in during the week -hard to get up to that alarm, and on weekends I wake up early and can't get back to sleep!!!

Especially if you're asking to join someone in it.

I'm definitely a night owl. I like the quiet of the early morning.

I've always been a morning person. I just love getting up to a new day. :loveshowe

The older I get, the harder it gets to stay up late though.

I'm a night person all the way. If I could I would be up every night till 4 or 5am and sleep in till noon. The only problem is I have to work 7am most days so I still stay up late and live on little sleep.

I read a story several years ago in USA today that they had found a nocturnal gene.

Seeing as how I'm here now in the middle of the night, typing & scrolling as the good people of the world are asleep, & as how most of my working life it seems I was somewhere on 2nd or 3rd shift, evidence would indicate that I MUST be a nightowl...hoot, y'all...

I'm soooooooooo a night owl with a life (and husband) that demands I be a day person!

Mr. Lixy is up at the crack of dawn (or before) no matter what day it is. I like to sleep in on the weekends and he'll not have any of that. It sounds like the stroke of midnight on New Years Eve downstairs sometimes. Then...when I come down the steps he'll say something like, "Oh, was I making noise? I was trying to be quiet so you could sleep in". Yeah...and my ass is a piano...PLAY ME!

I'll call myself a push me-pull you!

I used to be a nightowl, could never do anything until it was dark, then I'd awake for hours. Now I'm totaly opposite in fact it's just after 9pm and I'm heading to bed!
Although I am up at just after 6am and in work for just after 7am so I guess that might have something to do with it!

Before I go to bed I'm getting the feeling I need to make some beautiful music using only Lixy's "piano ass" and my ummmm organ ;)

I am a night-owl forced to wake well before the time my body wants to. At least during the week. When I used to work swing shift I would often be up until 3 or 4am and sleep until Noon. That suited me fine.

On weekends I often stay up until 1am... or later.

I'm a morning person by necessity. I am awake at 4:30 AM and out of bed by 4:45 AM. Dogs get let out, make breakfast for other half and then the rest of the day begins. Try to go to bed before 10 PM. Weekends I get to sleep in until about 5:30 AM, when I have to let the dogs out.

Yup, I've had two jobs in the past four years & both were second shift. I like not having rush hour hours.
