Wynn is insanely rich so I would guess he's probably going to pay to restore it himself.

I read or heard that he's already been in contact with the two restorers in the States who are qualified to do a Picasso restoration.

I think Wynne made his buckos in the junk bonds, and then got out just before that all went to heck in a handbasket. :)
