well gang after many years of wanting nothing to do with anal sex I've finally decided to give in to my mans requests but before I do I need a little advice. I've gotten the basics like relax and lube, lots of lube! but my question to you guys is what should I do to prepare myself right before we do it, I guess what I'm trying to ask is how do I make sure its clean inside? is there a like test or something, what are some ways you guys prepare for anal sex? I feel like an idiot for asking but I have no idea what to do.

Advice? If you aren't constipated (sorry again) at the time of the initiation there shouldn't be a problem. Of course your man knows that he should NEVER go from back to front (if ya know what I mean)! Front to back is fine, but once he's breached the anus he should not return to the vagina till he is bacteria free again. A mild enema can't hurt but really isn't necessary.

A note about the enema. If you do use an enema wait a few hours after the enema to start play. The first is safety, your rectum has a mucus lining and the enema will wash it away. That lining is there to help prevent infection from any tiny cuts or tears that might occur in the rectum. if you wash that mucus away then partake in anal sex there will be tiny cuts and tears like there is for any and all sex and you won't be left with your protective layer. Secondly there isn't any way for you to know if you've expelled all the water from your rectum and you would probably be a little embarassed if some enema water leaked out during play.

If you just have a healthy BM before any play then a warm bath or shower you should be plenty clean enough.

Ok, cleanliness.....

Most of the time you don't 'store' anything in the rectum except when you're about to go. That said, there's always a chance of a small amount of poop still in there.
Most of the time, if you have a have a good BM before play, and a bit of a wash, you should be fine.

Just to be on the safe side, though, I will usually have a small enema - not too big though. Just enough to get water into my rectum and not much further. The water gets things moving, but if you have a big enema you'll get water right up your colon which takes ages to come back out.
I usually have an enema an hour or so before play, because every so often you'll go "whoa, there's movement!" and run to the toilet, squirt some water out, and then everything's fine again!

After an hour or so it's usually good to go!

I have found in the past when I have done anal on those very few occasions that it gave e the urge to go to the toilt from that end.
So firstly I suggest go to the toilet, then have a shower to completely clean yourself out.
Like WildIrish say's it does have alot to do with attitude...hence try not to think about to much I know it will be hard but it does help.
Get you partner to start by lubing up one finger and inserting it into you and finger it in a circular direction, when that feels confortable continue with the next. Depending on the size of your partner will depend on how many fingers he will get up to.
Once he sees that all is fine he lubes up, for the 1st time I recommend that you do use a condom even though people think it makes the penis biiger yes to a point but at the same time it is lubed and very smooth so it make it alot easier for you partner to slide in....
