I feel that way about Johnny Depp. Not that he has a most distinctive voice, but that anything he says sounds yummy to me!

Nobody that has that effect on me, but my mother-in-law once allowed that she would pay money just to hear Sam Elliot talk...and I don't think my wife disagreed with that...

The voices in my head talk me to sleep each night.
Besides them, I also heard Rosa Parks reading Rumi poetry. I remember realizing at the end that I'd been holding my breath.

There is this woman who does voice overs for local radio commercials. I have no idea who she is or her name but she has the best voice...soothing and sexy. I have to restrain myself from pulling over and jacking off.
