Tell me about a movie or movie scene that left an impression on you in regards to sex, romance and/or love.

Did it sway your thoughts on a beliefin regard to sex, romance and/or love? Did it open your eyes to something new? Seem like something hot to try, did you try it? Did it yield the same results?

One movie that stands out in my mind from early on is An Officer and a Gentleman. I'm still waiting for my prince charming to come and carry me away.

Oh wait, that really does only happen in the movies and fairy tales. But still one I love to believe in. I think I'm a romantic

Another one for me is:

Seeing the strip tease in Nine and 1/2 Weeks left an impression and I recall doing such a strip for a boyfriend when I was in college to the Joe Cocker song, You Can Leave Your Hat On, as did Kim Bassinger in said movie.

Yup, I am impressionable.

Wondering if I dare share the epidsode of Gilligan's Island that left an impression my mother still reminds me of. :coffee:

Forest Gump.

Forest's total and unconditional love for Jenny really made me stope and think about how hard I am on people sometimes.

OMG! I cry everytime I watch Forrest Gump, his love was so pure and relentless. Truly astounding.

Diane Lane and hre hunky "boyfriend" in "Unfaithful" ~~~ the hot up against the wall sex scene is absolutely one of my faves! :hot:

It made me think about angry, hurt, unfriendly sex in a new way.....well, in a "that could be really hot" way.

The Secretary made me look closer at the how people move from a vanilla life to something just a tad spicier.

It can and it does happen Sal. So, don't give up the dream of having your prince charming. :console:

My favorite all time movie is "Gone With the Wind" and the dynamics between Rhett and Scarlett. If ever a woman needed a firm hand it was her. :spank:

I also loved the Secretary! I saw that movie when I was living "vanilla" and again a few weeks ago. It was very interesting to me to now understand a lifestyle that once was so foriegn to me and now is something I embrace.

The only movies that come to mind are vastly different in subject matter. One of my favorite movies of all time has to be Daddy Long Legs with Fred Astaire and Leslie Caron. From it one learns that love knows no age. Lolita (don't give me those looks) so maybe there is a dirty old man in some of us. Blue Lagoon is a good movie portraying the innocence of love.

I just watched Secretary this past weekend. What a great quirky little love story.

She found her lobster!

Forest Gump. Forest's total and unconditional love for Jenny ...

Speaking of unconditional love, I always think of "Don Quixote de la Mancha" and Don Quixote's pure love for Dulcinea. Even now, the strains of "The Impossible Dream" are going through my head.

To Sir With Love made an impression when I was younger..... being brave enough to go against the grain and "break" the kids in order to actually open their eyes and help them.

And 9 1/2 weeks.......... well Sal you already know the many scenes I like there! But we did do the "fruit feeding" scene blindfolded once........ and yes the hot loving making followed!

Not that I personally found it very sexy, but the movie 8MM with Nicholas Cage really opened my eye to the lengths that people would go for "pleasure."

Scared the shit out of me, to be honest.

Zandalee, with Nick Cage, was a very sensuous movie revolving around a man living his life in pursuit of "this moment right now" and the woman that found that more enticing than her "safe" life at home. And how it was a great place to visit...often...but how it's nice to have that stable place to return to as a safety net.

It was an interesting view of how things can look when one steps back and sees the entire picture and how contrasting aspects of it can be.

That really made me think that each of us have cravings, and how the best solution to satisfying them is the right mix of all of them. There's a time to be responsible and controlled, and there needs to be the freedom to be uninhibited and out of control.

In other words...tying me to the bed & whipping me so hard you leave red welts across my back while your panties are stuffed into my mouth to muffle the cries is a lot sexier when the mortgage payment has been made. :roflmao:

At the start of A History of Violence with Viggo Mortinson and Maria Bello. When she's dressed as a cheerleader. That's how sex should be - fun, loving, hot. It helps that they're both so damn awesomely hot, but it'd be hot no matter who they were. And cunnilingus in a mainstream feature film. Hell, cunnilingus in general. Nice work!

I know everyone is execting me to post aboutsome xrated extreme scene, but the scene that affected me the most was from the Big Easy.
They messed up our accents (I mean GAWD! not everyone talks like a shrimper from the back bayou) and the geography, and I could go on and on.
The first time Dennis Quaid and Ellen Barkin got to gether, she was unsure, and nervous, and I felt it, deep inside.
I was only fifteen, (this was on cable) and had just lost my virginity.
I remember thinking how much I felt like she seemed too, unsure, scared, afraid I wasn't going to be good enough.

I always loved the tenderness shown in Ghost.
