If the movie really was based on a character in their song, well, they're owed props. As for the apology, well, that's a little self-righteous isn't it?

Crazy letter. Did they really have to write it in the style of the old 'Freedom Rock' commercial though? I haven't seen the movie, but it seems like the only similarity is a guy named Dupree sleeps on a couch.
