Hi
Serious point, the gay and lesbian community are identifiable, but bi's are unkown.
Some gay men complain that they sit on the fence, others say they are greedy - best of both worlds and others say that bi's are confused.
Any thoughts?
I'm bi and see no issue at all, sometimes i like red wine and other times white wine.

I've heard that too, and never quite understood what the problem is.

nah WildIrish, you are just baaasexual.
I am bi, and I like to have my cake and eat it too. However, I find it hard to fit in, because I do feel that many people think in terms of you ARE or you AREN'T. I like both and find sexiness and beauty in both sexes.

.....
Do you need to be "identifiable"?

MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm no...
I have ranted here too many times about the problems and pains from being bisexual. Lesbians are harsh "you're really a lesbian and just won't commit" to straight men who view bisexual women as giant vaginas with bullseye targets painted on them. (they think if we are bi we are automatically easy).
Hmmm that "giant vagina" image wasn't a good one, but you knnow what I mean...

Well..... if people ask me if I'm straight or gay or whatever, I answer that I'm bisexual.... but for me I don't have any need to 'identify' or be 'visible' simply because I don't think sex can be so neatly wrapped up and put in boxes.
I don't think it's simply a matter of 'exclusively gay', 'exclusively straight' or 'both'. I think sex is a totally, completely, absolutely individual thing. Gender is only a tiny component of it. For example, sexuality is how much you like giving oral to a woman, how much you like receiving anal play, how much you like fondling penis, how much you like sex outside, how much you like to be spanked, how much you like spanking a man.
Sex just simply isn't 'start with a gender you like, that makes you gay straight or bi. Then find what you like doing witht that gender, that makes up your sexuality'. It just simply doesn't work that way. Sex is more 'pick what you like doing, period'.
I think I'm rambling, aren't I?
What I'm trying to say is I don't really identify with any 'sexuality' because I'm me, pure and simple. I like liking pussy and sucking cock, I like anal play and being spanked. With different PEOPLE, I like those things more than with other PEOPLE. Some of the people I like spanking are women, some are men. But it's the people that I'm either attracted to or turned off by, not their gender.
/end ramble
I say just do your thing and enjoy it!

Like I said somewhere else...you pick your label cause they only stick when you let them.
