Please take time and spare a thought or 2 or 2827456897298527845 for the survivors and victims and their families for those affected by the 7/7/2005 bombings of London.

The first anniversary of the 7 July bombings of London will be marked by a national two-minute silence. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/5133430.stm) It will be at 12 noon GMT (0700 EST, 0600 CST, 0500 Mountain, and 0400 Pacific...or CAST 2130, AEST 2200, NZST midnight of July 8th)

Thank you sweetie for this post.

I was going to post something like this later on. I remember the day very well and will be pausing at noon. There were a lot of lives lost that day, the image of the bus is still fresh in my mind.

Spare a thought for those people and please spare a thought for me.. The route i drive now goes past both the airport and a major rail station as well as going into a town center.

In rememberance of those who lost their lives and those who assisted in the rescue
