Not bad. Not the greatest documentary ever to grace the big screen, but not bad. If you believe, as I do, that global warming is a serious problem, then this movie is quite timely. It reminded me of “Cosmos”, although Mr. Gore is less ebullient than Dr. Sagan was – perhaps with good reason.
I do hope that we will not look back on Mr. Gore as we look back now on President Eisenhower (http://coursesa.matrix.msu.edu/~hst306/documents/indust.html) or Mr. Murrow (http://statelibrary.dcr.state.nc.us/nc/bio/literary/murrow.htm) - as a man who gave a warning which went unheeded.
