Unfortunately i can only have 2 dogs....i will be keeping Scooby Doo...thats definate....Now i gotta toss up between Tigger and 1 of the pups....the rest will be given new homes :(

I'm leaning towards a pup and giving Tigger to someone with no kids or other dogs and that really has the time to Train her.....se still bites and can get quite aggressive at times....somewhat unpredictable...and i do not trust her with my kids unfortunately...if it was just me and Bilbo then she would definately stay...shes a sweetie and we can handle her...but i do have kids and thats a fact and it worries me that she will really hurt them as she gets older

A pup will be easier trained...and more socialized

Well they had much fun...well Scoob did anyway *L*

I thought poor Scoob was gonna have a heart attack *L* He wouldn't eat or anything the entire time she was 'ready'...He at present looks like a walking skeleton and just very exhausted i think...he has me a bit worried actually....he's getting old and i feel it just may be too much *L*

Tigger is about the same...He was a bit heavy for her i think and rough....never gave her a break at all...so shes a bit limb sore....my poor babies

If there are no resulting pups from this mating, well then i'm cool with that...but i'm not putting either through it again....Scoob will be desexed in Aug/Sept and Tigger wont be far behind

So fingers crossed we got pups from this one...Scoob is getting old now....and i'm absolutely terrified i'm gonna go out the back and he'll be 'gone'....i'd lke to be able to hold onto a part of him at least

They are getting along really well...specially now she's not in season anymore *LOL*

The pair of them are always rough-housing now....Scooby like to lay down and let her win a few times...until she get to rough *LOL*...then he switches places real quick

Got a bit of bad news.....Tigger will be leaving our household due to biting...she attacked me while i was playing fetch with them both yesterday....

After much tossing back and forth i've decided i just cant take the risk of her doing to my kids what she did to me....it was no nip she gave me i have the marks and bruising to prove it and when i gave her a smack for biting she came back for another go....luckily i am tall enough she could not reach my face

I will be taking her to the pound to see if they will take her or i will take her to the vet and have her PTS

It saddens me greatly...but facts are facts and i have to be realistic with this before she does someone great harm

oh hun that sucks!!!!

we had to have jeeping moms dog PTS after he bite and seriously injured jeeping the summer ebfore last. it was a bad bite and required a few overnights in the local hospital....... we felt the same , the whole what if it had been the kids, u just cant take the risk. ur doing the right thing even tho it is so very hard to do.

Ole Scoob is recovering well from the desexing op (and had a dew claw removed)...he spends most of his time indoors at present as he's not allowed to run or jump at all til the stitches come out on the 26th...he's being spoilt rotten *LOL*...and lapping it ALL up
