Do the public disturbance laws go into effect that early in Germany? 2000?! Ug.

public disturbance laws are always in effect. mostly enforced on sunday or after dark. i can do whatever i want @ nite cus theres only the architects below me. no1 else to disturb. just sucks when ya have to wait on people to play music at a decent level.

Blah. It does depend on the type of public disturbance, but most laws regarding loud music don't go into effect until around 2200-2300 in the US. YMMV, as it obviously does in this case.
