Surely there must be a pixie member on here that's a trainer or works their buns off ;)

I'm just one of those unfortunate guys that has a flat ass to begin with :(

I know squats will eventually get you your ass toned but i'm kinda of worried about hemmaroids and such (been through that and lets just say if i can stay away from it the better lol).

I've noticed that repeated applications of my open hand on my partner's ass gives it a nice reddish tone. :D

Squats & lunges are the best, IMO. I didn't know of the er, downside, tho'!

I live in a third-floor walk-up & my ass has never looked better. Maybe you could move to a place with no elevator? :)

But more specifically, I would recommend Pilates. Great weigh to tone your bum and abs.

I know that to find the pitch you're looking for you need to bang one of these and listen really carefully.

What I don't know is how you tighten or loosen your ass up to get that pitch.

even if you are sitting on your ass, you can still flex it. i do that while i'm driving or vegging on the couch or on the puter. i'm not saying my ass is the nicest but it would be a lot worse if i didn't give a good squeeze ever now and again.
as a matter of fact....i'm doing it right now :D

I kid you not...doing squats and lunges were the reason why I think I got a hemmaroid in the first place. Lets just say its not nice gettinga hot knife up your ass to remove it...the surgery wasn't bad...it was the recovery man...think about it you can't really shit for 3 freaking weeks because it has to heal from the inside out.
