Rug Burns

Okay...pull out that "yes, he is that naive" sign...question..so it has been my experience that when people talk about 'rug burns' on their knees.. everyone laughs and nods..And I do too, except that I don't really know why.

Honestly. Are we to assume that rug burns are a result of doing doggy style on the carpet? Or...is it a different position or just any position.

I know tell me about it I alway's seem to laugh about it aswell until I see the after affects :)

But when it comes down to it, it's not only in doggy that this happens to me, it's also when I am ontop and when I am going down on a guy

I've never gotten rug burns on my knees, but I've had some pretty nasty ones on both elbows... more than once. Pretty embarassing :o

Hardly LOL I used to get those burns all the time wrestling with my kids. Of course most assumed it was from sexual exploits. I've had my share from that too, including once on the chin from an aggressive oral attack. :eek:

I've had them on my spine Lil. Sex has never been "too rough"...but the carpet was berber<sp?>. Sometimes there are moments when all caution is thrown to the wind!

Rug burns suck especially when you get them on your side, knees, or ass. What is even worse is pine needles, splinters, and poison ivy ick...needless to say it is a long story.

Yes, but not always just carpet. Aggressive doings on even a bed can cause "bed burns" to the likes of elbows and knees.

Mind you, I am NOT complaining.
