What the hell! I thought they tested for stuff like this before they used it. This is not acceptable.

They do, moozilla 78, on cats and dogs, preferably someone else's.

That is a terrible shame. Hopefully they'll find out how this could have happened so that nothing like it can happen again in the future.

(Just an aside, did anyone else have trouble ... in the article there was a link to where you could see details on the cat food products ... but it wouldn't scroll, meaning you could neither read the whole line left to right ... or scroll down for more lines?)

I read today 23 pets have died so far.

Yes DB...I could'nt scroll either.
