Ok...I am tryin to loose a bit of weight. Just curious if any of you have ever tried the diet patches? I dont want to take anything and I am walking 1 mile everyday and pilates and, also watching what I am eating....just need a bit of help. So your comments are welcomed.

Same stuff that is in most over the counter diet pills. Can't imagine it to be any more effective or cheaper.

sensible food intake & sensisble exercise should get you where you wanna be, & I don't recommend taking any supplements (however "natural" they may claim to be) into your body without checking with a dr. first...esp if you're already on prescribed meds, some diet supplements may reduce the effectivness...

absolutely scotz!
and many of them are not regulated by the fda or other agencies. i remember a while back a few women died from drinking some sort of diet tea. the tea increased their heart rates so much, put so much stress on it that they ended up having heart attacts. these were young women, too.
