Funny, funny, funny - I had the misfortune of responding to a police call to the emergency room while in Japan. Seems a guy had been "playing" with his high school class ring and was using it as a sex aid, well - he got a little excited and by the time he got to the ER, the blood was captured near the tip and they couldn't cut the ring off! Talk about stupid - but I think this article takes the cake.

I read the last line in the article as follows:

<Police said that they did not know the motive for the incident.>

& immediately referred back to this line:

<The man said that a friend put the lock on while he was drunk and passed out. When he woke up, the friend was gone.>
