Actually, I can get behind the concept...I love a good satire, & I read their FAQs, about what they're doing here...since they aren't selling CDs, they aren't profiting from the Beatles' works...I wish them well in their upcoming battle with the giant Sony Music Machine...

This could be ok. A couple of years ago I was on a week long bike ride (RAGBRAI to anybody who's from Iowa) and there was a local cover/mix band performing. Couple of guitars, drummer and a three piece brass section that just did part of a song and then blended into another. They did one "song" that started with Enter Sandman, went into Peter Gunn, something from Hendrix (I can't remember what), and then back into Enter Sandman.
On the other hand, the best man at my brothers wedding had to walk out of the reception at dinner for a while because the DJ was playing muzak Beatles. He's a huge Beatles fan, and put up with it for a while, but they got to A Day in the Life and he lost it.
I guess my point is, a good mix can be really well done. A bad one makes you want to beat everyone involved.

...this reminds me of a band making the rounds here in the south calling themselves "Hayseed Dixie"...they do killer bluegrass renditions of AC/DC songs...sounds horrific, I know, but they are really good at it, & it comes off as hilarious...
