sorry parody thread :p (((((((((((((Chey))))))))))))))
back to the topic at hand. I spend a zillion dollars at the hardware store. I heard Lowes is the stock to buy right now with it being hurricane season.
Are you a hardware store junkie? What aisles call to you? Or is it the garden center that seduces you?

I love Lowe's and Home Depot.....I could stay in there for hours just imagining all I would do if I had the money. However, send me to the Mall and you better drug me...I hate it!

Do you like any area of the hardware store the most?

Love Home Depot. For those in the upper mid-west, hate Menard's just because of their ads.
Favorite department changes by the season. I love the garden center in the spring and summer. Start looking at tools in the fall, but I always return to the electrical department.

I am the same as (((((Tin)))))...my imagination runs wild... especially in the bathroom area.. the huge bathtubs ;) cool sinks and tile. We are still at the construction stage and we have this huge tub with jets sitting in a box just begging to be put in. It can hold 4 people :lust:
I also like the section where all of the moldings and dowls are... I just want to make stuff out of them.. lol :D

I used to visit Home Depot or Menards sometimes just to check out the hot guys shopping...and hope they'd stop to ask if I need some help with that wrench I was pretending to consider buying... ;)

The amount of bondage gear that can be bought at a hardware store just boggles the imagination sometimes. And the vast majority of it is far cheaper than can be had at stores that sell purpose-built bondage gear.
Lowe's & Home Despot and all the local no-name hardware stores are truly your friends.

LOL - I love the Home Depot... because my dad has always taught me so many different things since I was little. So I enjoy wandering all the departments thinking of things that I could build and/or fix. :)

I was gonna say that!! :p
Chains, clips, clamps, heavy pulling tugging things, tie things, inserty things....I guess my favorite would be the aisle marked "Fun Silvery Clippy, Clampy, Pully Things". LOL
Tools and electrical. Sometimes plumbing. Depends on what I am doing.
I found a lot of stuff for a costume I made at Lowe's.

I like Home Depot -- mainly have been looking at bathroom and cabinet fixtures recently. We have a sixties-era house that needs some (cheap) sprucing up. When I get time (maybe over Christmas) I plan to update some stuff.
I can't bring myself to go to Lowe's since my stepfather died there in 2001. But I used to like it....

I guess I'm typical of most men, I'll drool over the tools first and then wander through lumber and check prices for the projects I keep putting off. I'll wander the whole place several times if schedules permit though. It's fun to dream using visual aids. LOL Customers included :lust:

Was that just the case of duct tape you walked out with?
My choice of areas that I go to at Lowe's or HD depends a lot on what kind of project I'm in the middle of...lately I've been putting railings up around my back porch (finally bringing it up to codes, something my daddy should have done back when I was little), but for just hanging out & dreaming of what I could get if I had a bazillion dollars, it's the tools area...everything a man needs is right there, hand tools, power tools, routers & bits, sandpaper...
...& all the clamps are there, too...you can never have too many clamps...

lighting and tiles and hardwood floorboards and closet organizers and countertops and cabinet pulls and ceiling fans and giant refrigerators with ice makers and dishwashers and washing machines and dryers and trees and shrubs and flowers and paving stones and fountains.......*sigh* :D
