I got moo shu chicken takeout last night. The come-in-only-one-size portion was so much that I only ate as much as the pancakes that came with it lasted. I split the saved portion in half for my lunch today over rice...and will eat the remaining part for dinner tonight, probably as a topping over pasta.

Talk about mileage. I can't save it for more than one day due to the multiple ingredients and sauce used, so I have to eat it, even though I'd rather make hamburgers.

That's what I wanted but I forgot to pull the corned beef out of the freezer. My wife dislikes corned beef so this is the only time of year I get to have it. I think I will pull it down and have it tomorrow.

Noodle omelet - 2 bricks of instant noodles, to which I add after microwaving and draining, kecap manis, sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce and Swazi Fire chili sauce, stick 'em in a pan, pour 5 scrambled eggs over the noodles, add half the amount of all the sauces again, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and when the omelet has congealed, fold it over, cook some more, flip it over, cook some more and then it's ready to serve 2 hungry people :)
