Stonehenge

Mayhem and I went to Stonehenge for the Summer Solstice and it was just amazing for me. I have wanted to go there for YEARS!! I got to touch the stones and they were still warm from the day's heat. We went there at night as it is the dawn that you want to see there, but due to drunkards and those that had no reverence, we decided to leave earlier than sunrise. I was still amazed that i was there and on a natural high.

Mayhem and i decided to walk around it once and leave, but before we left the site he asked me a question....................

yeah i am here until 18th July.......Mayhem and i decided that i brought the hot humid weather with me, LOL. Yesterday morning felt like an August morning back in Iowa.

Thanks all of ya for the congrats. Mayhem and I couldn't be happier :D:D:D He sure knew when to pick the moment, i was excited and happy, the moon was full and bright, and we were at a place that i had always wanted to be at, with the man that i LOVE!!!! i was so happy that i cried, LOL....This was a Story book moment in our lives

Thank you everyone, Just think this wouldnt have happened without this wonderful site. But seriously it was such a wonderful night she was soo happy to be there. We spent ages just siting togeher talking and looking at the stones. We tried to take some pictuures of the stones but cause it was night they came out a bit blurry but then we lucked out and a very nice gentleman leant me his camera tripod for a couple shots.


And yes she did hug me so hard that i couldnt breath, but who cares i now have lizz as my wife to be.
