Hiya family! I'm alive (barely)...

So sorry for going A.W.O.L. with no word recently...but JHCOAB I'm being worked to an early grave!

To all who have PM'd me and IM'd me and emailed me and phoned me...and those who just plain ole wondered about me being M.I.A....I'm not ignoring you! I promise, I swear (you should hear some of the swear words recently), and I promise again...I'll be back as soon as I get a breather from the spring/summer rush to kill all upholstery workers!

Here's my days (which are blending together into one big day lately)...

Wake at 3am...feed cat and beat him if he needs it...pour coffee down my throat...shower...kiss the door and go out the hubby...um...or something like that. WORK, WORK, WORK, WORK, WORK...come home smack the cat around some...feed him...do some yard work and actually talk to hubby for a while (more like..."did you feed the cat? no? OK...I'll do it! "did you empty the dishwasher? no? OK...I'll do it! "did you change the litter box, get the mail, set up the coffee pot for the morning, empty the litter box, start the laundry, start dinner, make the bed...etc.? no? OK...I'll get it! What did you do? Oh...you mowed the lawn! Ouch...don't hurt yourself babe!")

JK bout the last part...kinda.

Anyway...as I said...they are trying to kill me and I am determined not to let them so that I can get back here and have normal conversations...instead of above conversation or the ones with fellow employees who only have the weather to bitch about!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh...it felt good to start a thread...of which I highly doubt I'll get back to in the next few days to banter and hug you all up. Suffice it to say I am thinking of you all and I am missing my routine of a Pixie fix in the AM and another in the PM...and all the hours I can grab between!

Call me an :ahole: if you must...but just don't let my seat get cold!

Lixy, it's so good to see you post. Really missed you but knew that you were exceptionally busy so had high hopes that when that cooled down, we'd see you again. You two take care and take some time for yourselves.

Still, several river barges of Kleenex remain tied up at the docks in Peoria. *sniff* And, you've heard how GM had to lay off 25K workers because of the reduced demand for Kleenex delivery trucks. (I know, that's not the excuse they used.)

Hope you didn't get belted by all that rain that was in your neighborhood a week ago (I lose track of time ... could have been a couple of days or six months :rolleyes2 ) If you've got too much water, bottle it and send it to us ... it's been awfully dry here. :(
