Yes it's a very similar feeling.....for me, as a child, masturbation was often brought about by needing to pee, rather than by being 'turned on'.

Most women don't want to take the risk that that feeling is arousal rather than a full bladder, as most men wouldn't be as accomdating as Aqua, should an accident occurr. ;)
