It means don't be cheap and park on the street, spend the bucks and park in the parking garage (and carry a camera so you can pass along the good pics to us). :D

you might be right....
I'm back in town and another strange one... I'm in an office (cubicle farm) and I come across two people having sex... what do I do? I join in ;-)
