I am a volunteer( translates to I don't get PAID for running into burning bulidings) fireman in a town of about 500 people. I am also a soldier in the Army National Guard with 12 years of service. I am happily married to a wonderful woman and have a ten year old daughter. I am a very open minded person, will talk about anything. I am also very happy to have stumbled on to Pixies place.

I was suppose to deploy on dec. 6, but was found to have some medical problems that have kept me from going with my unit. I am now stuck in medical limbo until higher ups can decide where or what to do with me. My pride has been hurt since I have been told I am not fit enough to do my job.

Thats what happens when we get older. We always thought we were invincible to everything but age catches up to us. I hope everything goes well for you.
Maybe this is a godsend you not getting to go?

I have updated some of my personal info & put a couple of my IM handles on here. Every so often I can log into YIM through my phone & chat while working my 2nd job. I am mostly on there nights & weekends.

Hopefully I will have more pics forthcuming.....;)
