Yep, I've even been known to loop one song over and over, for hours on end.
And yes, I have never claimed not to be just a little unorthodox. :jump:

When I'm learning a song (whether for the band or for my own enjoyment) I'm a demon with the Pause/Play button...but when I'm just listen for background music I hit the random button & let the 100 disk carousel surprise me...

I have one I play over and over cause someone special made it!!!! :D
Yep, if I like the songs, I've been known to play just one CD (whenever I get a chance to play music) repeatedly .... sometimes for weeks or months (course I probably only get a chance to listen to a CD about 60 minutes total in a week so it's not as bad as it sounds)! :)

I'm pretty bad to stick with one CD myself. My latest one is Three Doors Down's new one. The kids love it as much as I do fortunately.

Yep. Usually, a song that has got me going. Theme from Pirates of the Caribbean is a good example of one that I was listening to yesterday.

My old player only holds 9 CDs, so until I change a disk, the same music plays in the background continuously. It makes my music an evolving thing that normally gets constant, small changes.

Since I really only listen to music in the car I have one disc with about 50 files on it that I listen to over and over. And since I like them I don't seem to mind it. In the truck I have a 6 disc changer, so the first three discs are basically the same 50 songs :) and the last three locations are empty.
If I do get a chance to listen to music at work it usually is the same (though different than the 50 above) music.. a little more quiet but still very enjoyable.

When it's new, maybe. But I've got a 300 disk changer, so I normally just hit random. It's always an adventure in "name that tune"
