Star Trek: Enterprise is being axed by UPN. It is the latest incarnation of the science fiction saga, which was first broadcast in 1969.
The final episode will be broadcast on May 13th, after a four-season run.

The show was always going to be limited by the need to keep the legend straight
for the other incarnations.
Perhaps HMS Enterprize for the next show?
"Beam me down to the jolly-boat please McTavish"
"More frrrom the engines Captain? I canna do it. We don't have any!"
"All ahead Sulu, Weft factor 7."

Speaking of whales ... anybody seen Moby's dick laying around?
It is too bad about Star Trek, but 1969 to 2004 ... that's a pretty good record for a television legend. Besides, maybe it's just going where no series has gone before. :rolleyes2
