Anal Sex... how often?

My partner & I recently "discovered" anal sex, and I love it. The question is, how much is too much? At the moment we're doing it twice a night (must be about to get my period), I don't want to do myself any damage.

Sorry if this sounds silly, but I'd rather ask a silly question and get my rest my mind.

Check out the book "The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women", the author goes into detail about the myths of damage from anal sex. As long as you use common sense, lots of lube, and don't go at it like a jackhammer, there is very little risk to repeated anal encounters.

My wife and I used to have anal at least once a week. That's dropped off a lot since the baby.

Ok. Here's some advice on my experience from fucking girls in the rear. Let me add that I do have a large dick with a wide girth. So when I have done it the girl always think that I might do some damage. Well we went slowly and sure enough it went in. After that no problem. The best part about anal, is when the guy cums up there he can stay inside and keep it hard. Also she can't get pregnant for the obvious reasons. So all I can say is enjoy and fuck on!

Actually Mark pregnancy from unprotected anal sex is possible if extremely rare. What goes in will come up, and if some of semen seeps out of her anus, and finds its way into her vagina she can get pregnant.

I love anal. But you MUST be careful. The kind of hard thrusting that feels sooo nice during vaginal sex can be harmful to rectal tissues. I have had to see my GYN at least 5 times in the last 3 years because of damage.
Also, lots of anal sex can cause stretching of the anal tissues, affecting muscle tone. This can make life unpleasant.
Having said all that.. anal sex is wonderful, for the reasons listed above, and because the sensations are so different, and intense.
Use LOTS of lube, and keep all of this in mind hon.
