Author Arthur Hailey, 84, who wrote 11 best-sellers, has died at his New Providence island home in the Bahamas.
The British-born author, who served as a pilot in the RAF during World War II, wrote 11 books which were published in 40 countries. Among the more well known were "Hotel", "Airport", and "The Moneychangers".
He was a great read.
