I am very happy about the new season as well. It'll be interesting to see how things unfold... the male/female tribes always seem to cause some friction.

I am THRILLED it's back! Though I missed last night's premier because of a Habitat thing. :( I'll catch up at CBS. It must've been awesome, seeing as how Mrs. WI was obviously too enthralled to hit the record button. :rolleyes:

Had to wait and see how the 1st episode of Survivor to way in on this thread.

So far--well the jury is still out. Immediately in the last Survivor it grabbed your attention and you immediately liked and disliked some of the players.

Not sure if it is a waste of DVR space on my hard drive to record this series.--have to wait and see

I agree with Sharni.

I dislike reality shows like this and big brother because they display some of the worst of human characteristics as well as being immoral. Nastiness, deviousness and adultery all get a display on prime time television where kids get to see. The negative aspects where they vote to get rid of someone, an unpopularity poll if you like, is something that disgusts me.

I expect it is interesting and can become addictive viewing but for me, I vote with my channel switching button

I hated missing the first night. We love watching it. Yeah Yeah Yeah, some people think it's stupid, but to each is own. We had no power... maybe next week :)
