Cabanah's thread in advice about the Liberator and my consequent hunt to find a cheaper solution go me thinking.....( http://www.knoxfoam.com/cgi-bin/SoftCart.exe/Wedgebolster/bedwedges.htm?E+scstore was my solution to expensive sex pillows)

Any cheap finds you've gotten on sexual items or is there any item you've been able to find a cheaper way to make yourself etc.??

Mr Lil made some velcro wrist and ankle cuffs that attach to nylon ropes that have loops that go right over the knobs on my head and foot board. very cool and much cheaper than the ones in catalogs. He also made me a spreader bar from a wooden dowel that have chains and latches for around your ankles. Painted it all sexy for me.

I have also seen some ladies make cool ribbon or leather floggers out of O-rings from the hardware store.

Any good ideas? Anything you want that we can all work on finding a cheaper replacement?

A little off topic but this may help some but a site that has an ad in the back of Cosmo will "give" you a basic vibe but you do have to pay shipping. I did it and I love mine. ( partygals) and I've heard a candle for women works but i'm not brave enough to try it....has anyone?

Cat collars make good basic restraints, cut-to-length chain from your local hardware store works well, best paddle I've ever had I made from a sheet of hobby aircraft plywood.

Not that I would have ever had any reason to investigate this sort of stuff, of course.

Old antique singletrees from horse drawn equipment would make a good spreader bar. And I'm a thinkin a doubletree is gonna be hanging from the logs going across my living room as well. ;) I'll be testing it verrrrrry soon.
