What do you all think of clitoral piercings? Good? Bad? Just plain gross? Need opinions.

hmm i've thought and heard about them...i think they could look sexy...but i fear the pain of that...i'm way too sensitive for anyone puttin a needle there, eek!

While I think that they can look good in some cases, I generally dislike the idea of a woman mutilating her body like that. It just doesn't add up - The risks alone outweight the positives by far.

I know that alot of people like piercings.My,PERSONAL,feeling,is that I dislike any piercing.My left earlobe,has been pierced,for many years,but if I'm perving
thru a website(with pictures) & I see a woman with a piercing,I ,quickly,
change the picture.Pierced ears used to have a meaning!In this area,it used to be that if your LEFT ear was pierced,you rode with a motorcycle gang.If
your right,was pierced,it meant that you were gay!Now,it is more of a fashion
statement,then anything.I like tasteful tattoos,but I don't like piercings. Irish

I'm with XX & Irish on this, earlobes are ok for piercing, what else are ya gonna do with them? Tongues, nips, clits, & other body parts, not so ok...any piercing runs the risk of infection, nerve damage, or worse, & I don't see anything sexy about that...

Yes, nerve damage has ran through my mind and is the main reason that I refrain from having it done. If I were to lose feeling THERE, gosh...I'd be so depressed..Just wondering what you guys (and gals) thought though.

A couple of nurse friends have said to peirce the hood if you think you need a peircing there because with peircing the clit you run the risk of no feeling. Not sure about anyone else but I think I enjoy the feeling too much to run that risk :D

I have always wanted to get my hood or clit done,,,buuuttt I looked into it and everyone one I know that has had it done--even the hood if left in for more then 6 months has lost most if not ALLLLLLLO feeling in their clit and I am sorry just NOOOOTTT worth it for the coupla months that you get that cool feeling of the peircing,,,but I do have my tongue peirced and LOVE it,,couldn't imagine myself without it,,,and goig on 4 years with it now :) just my 2 cents

I can't speak for how it feels, but a good friend of mine who I've played around with has hers pierced, and I've got to say, I find it sexy. Then again, I don't think it's any more or less sexy than not having it pierced.
I suppose like most things, it's a body image issue, if you think it (and you) look good, then you'll project that. If you're self concious about it, that'll show too.

Keep in mind, this is coming from a guy with no piercings or tatoos.

Friends of mine who have had lip/cheek/tongue/brow/belly button piercings have GROSSED ME THE HELL OUT with tales of infection and soreness. I can't imagine piercing such a sensitive area (though I think the piercings do look cool). I'd be worried about tearing during rough sex, too! :eek:
