I'd like to smack people who can't seem to use the garbage can that's 3 feet from them.

sodaklostsoul---Did you ever see the commercial, where everyone stands by &
complains about ,a piece of trash, that is approx. a ft. from a trash can?One
person, even calls someone else,on their cellphone,to tell them about it.Every-
one says-I can't believe someone would do this! After multitudes of people,
have gathered & complained,a person walks by,picks up the trash & throws it
in the trash can!Moral:No one wants to get involved! It's easier to complain,
then it is to take action! Irish
P.S.I know that's not what you meant, but everytime I see that or the one where the guy is chocking,& everyone discusses the Hymlick(sp?)manuver, but
no one uses it.That comes to mind!
Nice Guy

Ah but sodaklostsoul does want to do something about it. Slap the person that dropped the garbage in the first place.

$6,000,000 is a lot to spend on something so people can pee in it! To build something that floods when it rains. Duh! It is London. It always rains there!
