On the weekend the NYPD caught a tiger that had escaped from a circus. This is the 2nd tiger this year they have had to deal with. *Makes note to pack a safari suit if I ever go to New York.* It is a jungle out there.

yep...with the correct permits. There are quite a few places in Florida where people keep all sorts of wildlife. Near where I lived as a teen, there was a man who had buffalo, elephants, and a giraffe or two.

Lilith---They're bullshitting you.That wasn't Tarzans REAL tiger.In the comic
books,his name was Jad-bal-jah(sp?),his elephant was Tantor,his chimp was
little Nakima(sp?)My cousin used to get all of the comic books.Now I know the
name of all of the jungle creatures & all the Cowboys horses names! Irish
P.S.In those days,even Playboy magazines,were rare.I had to steal my uncles!
In the REAL dirty magazines,they even had BARE breasts.Slightly different then today! :eek:

Hmmmmm...and I always thought Tarzan's chimpanzee was named Cheetah. Johnny (Weismueller...sp?) never could enunciate!
