Ive been doing male kegels to try and last longer in bed, but im not sure if im doing them right. Everything I have found on the internet says to make sure you arent flexing your stomach or butt muscles. Im not sure im doing them right because i I dont feel any burn in the muscles like you would feel in yourarms if you were lifting weights.

If anyone could help me with more detailed information or direct me to a more detailed website I would appreciate it :)

I don't do them on a regular basis, but from what I've noticed...you don't really feel a burn. It's more of a tired feeling in the muscles.

The best way to tell if you're using the correct muscle is to try and stop the flow of urine while you're peeing. Wild is correct there isn't really a burning feeling from doing them, just a tiredness.

Haha osuche, well I don't have an exercise video sorry :P I do know in my own experience, when I did them regurlarly (500 a day or so), my orgasms were more powerful so the result is very much akin to female kegels. I also definitely had more seminal fluid as a result, shot much farther and harder, which seems to be a suprise (and so far a pleasant one) for the women I have been with. But I have been really lax so I should probablly start them up again...;)
