Amnesty Question?

Does anyone know how the Saudi Amnesty program works?(rules)Is there any
punishment?As many of you know,one of OBLs confidants,turned himself in
yesterday.I'm asking,because if it is a Free Ride,OBL would be foolish not to
take advantage,of it.I hate to think,that someone,who is responsible,for
thousands of deaths,could get away with it & plan for more. Irish

Irish, I think it doesn't reach that high.

The logic seems to be that what's done is done, and if they can stop it happening

again, it's a lot of victims they don't have to deal with.
