Ok, i know considering where we are this is likely irrelivent to alot of you, but i use Windows XP Home Edition (Accepting hugs from here on!) Umm, does anyone else have the same missfortune, and if so, are you having problems when using Broadband to connect to things like Yahoo, or even the Microsoft home page? i dont know if my XP HE has become corrupt or not, but it seems its all of the network that my computer is on, so just seeing if this is a worldwide thing or just my bad luck on the matter?

Bilbo and I both use Home Edition and absolutely love it!! No misfortune at all here

We have not had any problems with networking and are using broadband....We have yahoo MSN & ICQ chat programs all working fine...and hate to say it...but can also get to the Microsoft homepage

Sounds like you have a networking problem more than an XP problem

I am same as Sharni and all is well. I suggest you check your router's built in firewall.

Windows XP is the best OS released by microsoft to date. I have no problems at all. What kind of errors/messages do you get when trying to access these sites?

I really like XP as well, it works fine for me.

I expect there is some other problem with your PC oe software that is causing mayhem
