I doubt that you guys can understand this, but I thought that I
would share it with you!Sat,the 15th,I will be Clean & Sober for,
11yrs 11mo.Old habits are hard to break & this means alot to me,
& my wife & kids. You wouldn't believe how much I have had to
watch myself. In the circles that I travel in,drinking is a part of life.
All of my friends, respect the fact, that I'm doing this, because I want to,not because someone told me to! Irish

Another round of congratulations!
I have watched a close member of my family struggle with his drinking problems for years So I "kind of" understand what you have been through. I truely admire your will power and devotion to improving
your life as well as those around you.

Best wishes for continued sucess

thank Irish had a big test throw at me about a month ago. my brother was home for the week end easter and we did the family thing and went out for pizza. I order a coke but must have siad um a coke and the waitress mush have miss heard me because she brought out a rum and coke (one of my old drinks). I wasn't paying real attention when she brought it out it had one of those little red straws that they put in mixed drinks but their were 2 diet coke too so I just figured she had it there so she could tell the drinks. Went to take a sip and notiged it was a rum and coke called the aitress over and asked her for a plian coke.

((((Irish)))) Wonderful!!!! Just want you to know that from my perspective as a child of an alcoholic, you may come close to knowing how much it means to your kids, but it impacts on everything and echos throughout life - .... I'm so pleased for you and the incredible stamina and dedication you show in this! Thanks for being a great example.
