Grumble made it to the USA safe & sound!

Did some sight-seeing in Boston, Mass and Newport, RI on the way home from the airport. Got into some horrible traffic though. I'll let him tell you more and post pics. I just wanted to let you all know he arrived.

Mr Bear and Grumble were telling jokes in the car on the way home. What cracked me up was not so much the jokes but them.... They seem to have pretty much the same sense of humor and were enjoying each others corny old jokes. A few times one would start a joke & the other would finish it. ROFLMAO!!! :D

Now the 2 'boys' are out in the garage. Mr Bear is replacing one of our garage doors and Grumble is helping. He says he likes doing things like that.

:) :) :)

Ohhhhhhhh Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

I'm so glad he's having a good time and made it safe and sound! Whew! Was just checking out his flying hours and that man has got some stamina! I just know he'll have a ball with you and your hubby, Teddy! Sounds like they are birds of a feather already! Hug him up for me...and when you're done with him, just stick him on a plane and tell them..."Pennsylvania please...and no bumpity bumps on the flight"!

( ^----- A soulmate for Teddy :) )

Don't be too hard on the poor guy. I have a lot of things I need fixed at my place. ;) Let me know how the garage door turned out first though * wonder if I can get the house painted while he's here?*

I’m glad to hear he ships well. Did he come with a big tag hung around his neck?: :jedi: And does he try to drive the glove box every time he gets in the car? Maybe you can get him a temporary job as a mail truck driver? He’d like that.:D

We have all been waiting to see some pics. I hope he has a lot of memory cards for that camera. And I still want to know if Lilith’s name is written on the wall in the Tower Of London?;)

I’ll be looking for the hand offs.:D

LOL@PF.

Seriously, great that Grumble made it safely. Hope you all have a terrific time together. Keep us posted on how everything goes.

(Has anyone phoned the Travel channel to see if the trip is being filmed for all of us? :D :D)

I am having a ball here with Teddy and family.

Have seen the youngest daughter in a school productionof South Pacific which was great. Also met Mr Bear's younger sister and her kids. She is a knockout, a vivacous woman with a smile that lights up the room. She looks 10 years younger than her age and is a very nice person. I really enjoy family stuff for me its the essence of life so I am right at home.

Teddy's 2 daughters are very bright and lovely young ladies. Both are gifted academically but both also contribute to their community through volunteer work, they are a credit to their parents and themselves.

I am sure I made the right choice by going to see people instead of just places, I have been delighted with everything so far

Grumble I envy you man. You're having the perfect holiday. Truthfully I'd love to do something similar. I have to say though, it couldn't be happening to a nicer guy, enjoy friend!
