i see ppl w links to thier pics in thier sigs , but they phrased like 12345678 or what ever, how do i do this, it wud be awsome if u cud tell me i keep gettin asked for links to my pics and its a pain to search them out be so much easier if i jjust tell them to look at my sig and take a link

Well it's with the pseudo html tags that are used here. You'll have to look up the url for each of your threads, then post it like [ u r l=http://blah de blah]put the text you want as the text of your link here[/ u r l] minus the spaces in the tags... ie, put url together. Hope this helps. And that it shows up ok. :)
