Pok Choy Stir Fly with Dried Tofu

Pok Choy stir fly with dried tofu

This is a very simple dish

- 1 lbs of Shanghai Pok Choy or regular Pok Choy
- 1 small bag of dried solid fried Tofu
- 1 tea spoon of Black salt bean
- Some fresh chop garlic
- 1 tea spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tea spoon of sesame oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Black pepper
- Chinese cooking red wine

Get the stir fly pot into hot, put one tablespoon of Olivia oil into the pot, add fresh chop garlic. Now stir fly, bring the garlic into yellow. Now add the Tofu into the pot and add all of the ingredients above except Pok Choy. Stir fly about 3 to 4 min. Take it out put in a dish. Now get the pot rise off by water, and put back to the stove. Add Olivia oil, and add fresh garlic, now stir fly garlic into yellow. Then add Pok choy into the pot and stir fly for 1 min. Add Tofu into this Pok Choy. Now add the red wine into the pot Stir fly and taste the flavour.

I'm guessing but "stir fly" means "stir fry." Sounds good! Thanks.

.Facial tower Cold Tofu salad

This recipe is one of the Northern Chinese home make favourite cold salad.

There are so many dried tofu in the Chinese market , please do not pick the wrong one. Please choose the one that does look like a Facial tower, the same is square. The package is see through plastic bag with 3 big Chinese words "Dou Fu Gan" I think there is English words "Dried Tofu" The tofu kind of yellow colour. The Tofu does look like a yellow facial tower. One bag usually contains about 3 square tower sheet.

Facial tower Cold Tofu salad


- 1 pack of Facial tower Cold Tofu ¨C wash them rise with hot water. Cut the facial tower tofu into many long strips. After you cut it out, it does look like yellow noodle.
- 2 strips of green fresh onion (chop them into many long and thin very thin)
- 4 pieces of fresh chop garlic (chop into many tinny little pieces)
- 1 cucumber (the one it is solid and less liquid)
- Half pack of Asian parsley (chop them into half length enough to fit your mouth)
- 3 table spoons of light Soya sauce
- 2 table spoons of sugar
- Half table spoon of salt
- 4 ¨C 5 table spoons of sesame oil
- 4-tea spoons of black pepper.

Note: if you are not vegetarian you can add some cut Chinese sausage or Vietnamese sausage. You can chop them out into many little pieces.

How to do it.

Get a big bow for a great mixture. Add the tofu into this bow and add all these ingredients into the bow. Mixed them up. And taste them; it should taste like Soya sauce and sesame. If it doesnĄ¯t taste enough salt or sugar. Then you can add a bit more of salt or soya sauce.

After you mixed them up place them into the refrigerator for at least 30 min before you eat it. Because you want to make sure this is the cold tofu salad dish

Vegetarian Noodle Soup (for 2 people) this is good for Buddhism religious person or monks. This noodle has high protein and low fat.



- 2 pieces of fresh raw soft white Tofu (cut into small portion enough to fit your lovely mouth)J

- 2 pieces of black dried seaweed

- 2 long pieces of celery ( cut into many little pieces)

- Half bunch of watercress (cut into small portion)

- 2 small carrots ( cut into many little pieces)

- Chinese Vegetarian garlic for Buddhism (in a small metal can made from China)

- 2 spoon table spoon of Oliva Oil

- 2 table spoon of Soya sauce

- 1 tea spoon of Sesame oil

- Vegetarian Noodle or Chinese Green tea noodle (enough for you)

- Salt (enough)

- Sugar (enough)

- One hot pot of boiling water for noodle soup (enough for you)



Get a pot of boiled water until it is boiling, put your noodle into that soup. Add sugar, dried seaweed and salt in to the soup. During the time you are doing this, you should get another second pot heat it up for vegetables stir fly. Your second pot is now heating up, add the olive oil into there, add the vegetarian garlic into there stir the vegetarian garlic until it is brown and then you add your tofu and celery and carrot. Stir flies them in about 1 min; add the Soya sauce with sesame oil, sugar and salt. After you stir about 3 to 4 min. Now pure the rest of this in to your noodle soup. Then add your watercress into the soup. Then stir the soup evenly with your tofu and vegetables. Now taste it. It should be enough salt and sugar depend on your taste.





Please eat more vegetables than meat, it is good for your health, and being beautiful at the same time. At the same time you are shaving the animals

Please, someone tell me I'm not the only one who saw the title of this thread and immediately thought:

First, take one vegetarian. Season liberally with salt and pepper and roast in a 250degree oven for 8 hours or until cooked.

Am I really that uniquelly twisted?
