............ my daughter LOST her first tooth! LOL more ways then one. Poor girl comes running downstairs all happy that there is now a bloody hole in her smile. I ask her where her tooth is. She said I don't know I lost it. We go to her room and search and search. I let her know that I can't find it we will have to look tomorrow. She said that this sucks!! I ask her why and she says she wants a loose tooth again since she isn't getting money now. LOL  :D
Then I had a brain storm. They should sell a Faux Baby Tooth. To replace LOST ones so that children can still put on under the pillow. What do you think?

Summer,
This happened with my kids. What we did was to write a letter to the Tooth Fairy explaining that the tooth was lost. Since she is magical, she knew the tooth had come out and this made my kids feel better.
Congrats on your daughter's losing her first tooth! :)

I love the idea Summer! It should really come with those gifts you'd get at your baby shower.......you know.....the brass keepsake box for the first lock of hair cut and the brass keepsake box for the first tooth lost......there should be a fake tooth included to replace the one lost or swallowed....(Um......speaking of which.......either the vaccum cleaner will find it....or you'll be asking the little one not to flush at all the next day!) Yikes!
I dunno if everyone get's these at their showers...but I try and find additional things that you wouldn't normally think of to give to the expectant mother along with anything I've picked from their registry (if they are registered somewhere).
Let's talk business Summer! We'll need a patent to upgrade/add to an existing product! LOL!
Congratulations on just one of your daughters many firsts!

Thanks to all of your replies.
What I told my daughter is that I bet the tooth fairy came found it on the floor and left a quater. She said I bet she did because I found a quarter under my bed. LOL
Lixy I think we are onto something about a faux tooth. ;) Can you sew one??? LMAO jk jk ;) :)

Well they do sell acrylic fangs so I don't see why an acrylic baby tooth would be hard to fabricate. Heck for the more financially stable of us a ceramic tooth could even be available. Novel idea...try to market it!
